What substrates are available?
We offer two primary substrates: 24 Gauge Galvalume Steel (AZ50 / AZ55) for non-coastal applications and 0.032 Aluminum (3105 H24) for coastal applications. We can also offer 26g Galvalume, 0.040 Aluminum and 16oz Copper substrates. Please consult our team for the best application.
What finishes are available?
Finish options include Mill Finish (Galvalume with acrylic coating, Standard Kynar (70% PVDF Fluropon), and Premium Kynar finishes from Sherwin-Williams and PPG. We also work with copper for specialty projects. Visit our color charts to explore the full range of available colors.
Are your systems Miami-Dade and HVHZ approved?
Yes. All of our systems carry Florida Building Code (FBC) Product Approvals, including High-Velocity Hurricane Zone (HVHZ) approvals for Miami-Dade and Broward Counties. We participate in both the Keystone Quality Assurance Program and the Miami-Dade Quality Assurance Program. Our PRONTO system is now approved for minimum 1/12 slope in HVHZ areas. Metal Alliance offers a 25–40-year warranty, a Consolidated Limited Product Warranty and a Weathertight Warranty program for certified installers. Englert Inc provides warranties of up to 25-40 years on Kynar finishes. All our systems are UL-listed for additional quality assurance. Yes. With over 20 years of combined experience, our team specializes in custom metal fabrication. We offer custom panel lengths, on-site fabrication, and can accommodate non-standard requirements for both residential and commercial projects. Send us your cut list or roof report and our team will work with you to find the right solution for your project.
How fast do you deliver?
Delivery is usually quick for the popular colors and substrates. We have a first come, first serve policy. Some lead times may depend on the brand, substrate, and finish selected. Non-standard orders typically ship within 1 to 4 weeks from our Miami facility. We pride ourselves on on-time delivery and proactive communication throughout the process.
Do you have a minimum order?
For the vast majority of our products, we have no minimum order. We believe in supporting all projects, which means you can order a single replacement panel or a full truckload. For highly specialized custom fabrications or non-stock colors, a minimum quantity may apply.
