Return Policy
Most accessories, shelf merchandises, such as items in boxes, in bags, tools, can be returned within 30 days with proof of purchase to Now Metals Inc. Custom manufactured, cut-to-length materials, such as panels, trims for a specific project, will not me accepted. Now Metals Inc., reserves the right to decline any return where a product does not have an installation defect but has been damaged by the customer, custom cut-to-length, lack of knowledge to install or even to prevent fraud or abuse.
Accessories (Shelf Products) may be eligible to 30% Re-Stocking Fees. Only new, unused items. Instore exchanges are accepted. Accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. Please consult with one of our administration members before initializing a return.
